Hola me ustaria saber, que tanton problema hay en congelar las mezclas , y desp solo hornearlos cuando los llegue a necesitar, se que lo hacen con galletas, será el mismo procedimiento?, me lo pueden especificar? cuanto tiempo se pueden conservar, etc. gracias!
