    Tidadito de Salmon AKA Latino sashimi! This dish is an inspiration from my travels to Miami. Its light, colorful, inexpensive and healthy Latino! Sushi grade salmon thinly sliced with a bias slant and place on plate. Citrus Ginger Soy - ginger finely chopped, green onion chopped (reference video) soy sauce, lime and optional is to top off with olive oil. Seaweed for garnish and color. Mix all the ingredients together, play some salsa music and your set! Serve with a bowl of rice if you would like or leave the carbs out and enjoy the seaweed salad. Subscribe for my weekly videos

    This is my favorite dish when I am in Miami. The typical way of cooking is to boil the meat first for hours, let it cool and then shred etc...This is a quicker way to cook the dish and have a delicious meal! Do not be afraid of using a pressure cooker - follow and video and enjoy the music from Chino Nunez. Its the 2nd CD I produced full of NY Salsa.
